PROJECT TITLE: Alkane functionalistion using cytochrome P450

Born in Port Elizabeth, Naadia left the friendly city for the mother city upon her school matriculation. It was in CT that she completed her MSc degree in Medical Engineering from UCT and has since joined CeBER as a PhD student where she has revels in the interface between biology and engineering. Naadia has also completed subjects towards her LLB which she hopes to resume upon completion of her PhD.  Naadia is an advocate for health and wellness – a passion that has manifested into a small business (run with her sister), that sells healthy food products to patrons in the western cape.
