PROJECT TITLE: Process technologies for the recovery of biobutanol via in-situ and ex-situ separation.

Muven’s dream is to provide easy access to clean sources of renewable energy to South Africa and the World. It is this desire that prompted him to leave KZN and join CeBER, to pursue his postgraduate studies under the supervision of Prof Harrison. Muven is a dreamer, gamer and DIY enthusiast whose gusto has even led him to participate in Engineers without Borders where he served as Project Leader for the Solar Stirling Engine Project. Muven has recently taken up the role of Lecturer within the Chemical Engineering Department, which he fulfils alongside the completion of his PhD.
